2025 published research on benefits of MCT’s for cognition

We are excited to bring you the Wellness Series with Dr. Alvin Berger.

Dr. Berger has selected references he feels are most important scientifically and would be interesting to the LifeSense Products customers.

There have been several studies showing the benefits of MCTs for Alzheimer’s disease, mild cognitive impairment, and healthy elderly people. Here, the authors show a combination of DHA (a major component of fish oil and some algal oils) combined with MCTs, was more effective at improving cognitive function than MCT or DHA alone. Ask us about our preferred fish oil source if you would like to consume a combination of MCTs and Omega 3s.
