We guarantee the quality of all of our products.  When you order from LifeSense® Products , you are assured that our products are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify us of problems by the next business day after receipt of your order.

All products purchased on this website comes with a 30-Day 100% money-back guarantee. The refund period starts on the day you've received your order. You must contact us and obtain a RMA form to begin the refund process.

We will only refund back to the original source of payment upon your purchase. We do not send checks or cash.

Once the RMA form is submitted, please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to be back on your card.

Non-returnable Items:  We don't accept returns for opened products because we don't re-stock them.  Give our support team a shout and let us know your situation, we'd be happy to let you know what we can do for you.

Once a return has been made, or perhaps a refund is warranted due to a different scenario after support has investigated the request, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • The refund for a normal return will be minus the shipping cost for the order if applicable
